Adapters
Adapters of different types and chargers for electric appliances are available at the reception desk.

Beds

The beds have a flexible bed structure, the thickness of the innerspring mattress is 22 cm, the beds are 90 cm wide and 200 cm long.

The beds can be pushed together on request.

Linen change

Bed linen is changed once a week, please inform the reception if you need to change it more often

Bar
The bar is open for our guests from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. The bar is accessible at the 129 extension number. Room service may be requested during the opening hours against 10% surcharge.

Banking ATM service
The closest bank ATM terminal is located in Bercsényi Miklós Street, Keszthely, near the SPAR supermarket.

Check-in and check-out
The rooms may be occupied from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, while you are requested to leave the room by 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Should you wish to check out later than 11 a.m., please indicate this request to the receptionists.

Early arrival/late departure is possible against the payment of an extra fee (HUF 1,000/hour), depending on whether the room is reserved.

Buffet breakfast
We offer buffet breakfast for our guests, served in the restaurant of our hotel from 8:00 to 10:00 a.m.

You may request breakfast at the reception desk or the restaurant of the hotel even without being accommodated in the hotel.

Shoe cleaning
There is a shoe cleaning machine available for our guests in the lobby of our hotel and a shoe cleaning sponge is provided in the rooms.

Luggage-porting service
Luggage porting service is available upon request. Call the reception desk at the 100 extension number.

Smoking
Since January 1 st, 2012, smoking is forbidden in the community areas and rooms of the hotel.

Smoking is allowed at least 5 meters away from the entrance of the hotel. Should you smoke within the hotel building, a HUF 30,000 extra accommodation fee will be charged to you for extra cleaning.

Wake-up service
You may request wake-up service at the reception desk. The reception desk is accessible by dialing the 100 number.

Lost luggage
In the matter of lost luggage, please call the reception desk at the 100 extension number.

Sales manager

Safe deposit
Please deposit your valuables in the central safe-box at the reception desk.

Complaints and comments
If you have any complaints or comments, please make it at the reception desk. If required/necessary the receptionists will inform the hotel manager.

Restaurant
Opening hours of our restaurant: 8:00 am. - 8:00 p.m. Room service may be requested during the opening hours against 10% surcharge.

Facsimile, photocopying and scanning
Facsimile number of our hotel: (+36) 83 515-131. No fee is charged for facsimile messages arriving for our guests. Black and white photocopying is available against an extra charge.

Bathing gown
The hotel has a limited number of bathing gowns, they can be used upon request against a usage fee.

Supervision of children
Our guests are requested to ensure parent’s/grandparent’s supervision over the children in the hotel.

Discounts after children
Accommodation is free of charge for children under the age of 4 years in the same room with their parents (two adults). Breakfast is also free of charge up to the age of 4.

Cot for children
The room will be provided with a child’s cot free of charge, upon request. Cots are available in a limited number, therefore they can be provided in the sequence of arrivals. If you have such a request, please call the reception desk by dialing 100.

Medicinal treatments
Our guests may benefit from various medicinal treatments in our hotel. Medicinal massage, Japanese massage, Thai massage, mud-cure, electro therapeutics, water jet treatment, remedial gymnastics. If you have such a request, please call the reception desk by dialing 100.

Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located in Vaszary Street, Keszthely.

Pets
Out hotel welcomes the pets of our guests as well (dog or cat). Please read the related rules of the hotel:

  • Guests arriving with a pet will be assigned Room No 9 or 10.
  • The non-refundable pet surcharge is per day, which will be added to the room price.
  • The owners of the animals may not leave their pets unattended in the territory of the hotel.
  • The room can be cleaned only after the pet has left it.
  • The owner of the pet is fully liable for damages caused by the animal either to the employees or the other guests of the hotel.
  • The owner of the pet is liable for reimbursing damages caused by the animal.

Credit card acceptance
Our hotel accepts MasterCard, Visa and Maestro cards as means of payment.

Waste collection
Our hotel has introduced the selective waste collection method, therefore, you are kindly requested to dispose the communal waste into the waste-bin available in your room, while the metal, paper, plastic and glass waste separately.

Fitness room
The fitness room of our hotel is located on the ground floor. The guests may use the fitness room at their own risk and responsibility. The key to the room may be requested from the reception desk. Guests under the age of 18 may not fetch the key and the adults are requested not to leave children unattended in the room, for the sake of preserving their physical integrity.

Internet
Free of charge wireless Internet connection is available for our guests in 100% of the rooms and public areas.

Computer terminal with Internet connection
An Internet terminal is available beside the drink-bar, the utilization of which is free of charge.

Supplementary services
You may request disposable razors, shaving cream, toothbrush and tooth paste from the reception desk, against the payment of a fee.

The reception desk can provide you with a pillow filled with natural feathers upon request and in a limited number. Please dial the 100 extension number.

Recreation
Numerous recreation opportunities are offered to the guests in our hotel: outdoor swimming-pool, pool for children, Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna, infra cabin, solarium, table tennis, table football, pétanque course, bicycles, playground for children and barbecue. Organization of conferences
Our hotel possesses a conference room (for up to 70 persons) equipped with all the required conference technology and appliances. If you wish to request a quotation for organizing an event, please contact our sales manager.

Concerts/theater performance/movies
The receptionists will be happy to provide you with information on the current programmes. The reception desk is accessible by dialing the 100 number.

Letters and messages
Letters and messages arriving for our guests staying in the hotel can be taken over at the reception desk.

Writing-paper and envelope 
You can find them in the folder provided in your room.

Air conditioning
Air-conditioners are available in 100% of the rooms. The thermostat is located beside the entrance door.

Please shut the balcony door and the window before switching on the air conditioner.

Mini-bar
Each room is provided with a mini-bar, which is refurbished day-by-day if the guest has consumed any of the drinks offered and the consumption is charged to the room bill day-by-day. Please find the prices of the drinks offered in the mini-bar in the list on the table. Upon check-out, please inform the receptionist about your consumption of the previous day and of the day of your departure.

Washing and dry cleaning 
A linen-bag is provided in the room for your comfort. We can undertake a washing service for the next day, against fee payment, if you place your order for it, together with the linen, by 9 o’clock a.m. at the reception desk.

Museums
The list of museums with the current exhibitions and shows is posted in the lobby.

Slippers
They are provided upon request. Call the reception desk.

Parking
The hotel has an own parking lot for passenger cars and buses.

Pillow
You may have an extra pillow upon request. Pillows filled with natural feathers are available in a limited number. If you have such a request, please call the reception desk.

Money-changing
Given that the hotel keeps money in cash to a limited extent, therefore no banknotes with big denominations can be changed to lesser denominations. Please, request information at the reception desk about the nearest bank office or ATM.

Spare bed
The sitting sofas to be found in the rooms/apartments can be transformed into spare beds. If you need a spare bed, please call the reception desk at the 100 extension number.

Computer help
Should you need any technical assistance, our staff will be happy to help you between 8 a.m.-3 p.m. from Monday to Friday. Please call the reception desk at the 100 extension number.

You are advised to make your next reservation during your current stay already. If you do not know the exact date of your arrival, you can also enter into contact with the sales manager after your departure at the (+36) 83-515 130 phone number, or E-mail . Cleaning
The rooms are cleaned between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. If that time period does not suit you, please hang the Do not disturb, pleaseplate on the door-handle. In matters related to cleaning (extra bed-clothes, replacement of the towels day by day, blanket or pillow need), please call the reception desk by dialing 100. Upon request your bed-clothes will also be replaced day by day. For extra cleaning of the room for reason of non-proper use, a surcharge of HUF 30,000 will be charged to the room bill.

Taxi service
Our receptionists are happy to help you with ordering a taxi. It is recommended to book the taxi at the reception desk in advance. Call the 100 extension number.

Using the telephone in the room
Each room is provided with a direct telephone line. For connecting to the local (city) telephone line, please dial 0. You will find further information about the country codes in Chapter Utilization of the telephone.

Transfer ride 
Our hotel provides a transfer service in a minivan to Hévيz and the Keszthely railway station between 8 a.m. and 3 p.m. from Monday to Saturday. For more details, please inquire at the reception desk.

Fire prevention and emergency exists
For the sake of your safety, please check the fire signaling places, escape routes and the fire prevention guidelines. The relevant pieces of information are available on the rear side of the door of each guest room.

Fire prevention rules:

  • pursuing activities in the rooms/apartments, which might cause a fire or explosion, is forbidden
  • it is not allowed to operate electric equipment for heating, warming up or cooking other than those provided in the rooms
  • any further use of broken-down electric appliances is dangerous, therefore please inform our colleague about it without delay
  • in case of fire, please inform the receptionists and leave the building in accordance with the relevant escape route

Newspapers
Newspapers in Hungarian are available at the reception desk, please ask our colleagues for them.

Code of Practice
MVM Ovit Zrt. as the operator has put down the terms and conditions of using the services offered by Hotel*** Ovit, as well as the rights and obligations of the service provider and the guests in a Code of Practice. The Code of Practice is available at the reception desk and in each room and apartment. By signing the filled-out registration sheet, the guest accepts the Code of Practice of Hotel*** Ovit and undertakes the obligation to observe it.

Iron/Ironing-board
Iron and ironing-board can be lent from the reception desk. The reception desk is accessible by dialing the 100 number.

Sewing outfit
Sewing outfit can be found in the drawer. If you need clothes repair or sewing service, please call the reception desk.
